As a General Sales Manager he set an 18-year dealership record for total vehicles sold in a single month, while exceeding units and CSI goals every month. In F&I he ranked #1 in gross profit per deal for 24+ consecutive months at a high-volume dealership averaging 600–800 units a month. Outside of cars, he ran South Carolina for a top-ten national homebuilder.
In 2025 he trained underperforming U.S. Army recruiting teams to record-breaking results. Today he brings that same system to dealership sales teams through Grow Sales Training, his book The LCG Way, and The LCG Standard mastermind.
He’s proud to be married to Kathy Borgardt, an active-duty U.S. Army Major, and a dedicated father to Sean (15) and Mastin (1).
