Our Services

Grow Sales Training provides live, in-store sales training (including the Double-Exposure program), consultations, and a paid monthly coaching membership. Specific pricing, scheduling, and cancellation terms for each service are provided at the point of purchase or booking.

Consultations

Free consultations booked through our scheduling system are provided as a courtesy to determine fit. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline to book a consultation at our discretion.

Paid Membership

Our monthly coaching membership is billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Membership may be canceled at any time by emailing admin@growsalestraining.com; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Full terms are provided at signup.

On-Site Training Programs

Training engagements (including Double-Exposure) are governed by a separate written agreement between Grow Sales Training and the client, covering scope, payment terms, and cancellation policy specific to that engagement. These Terms of Service apply to the Site generally; the signed agreement controls for any conflict regarding the training program itself.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through [your payment processor]. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Intellectual Property

The LCG Way, all training materials, frameworks, and content on this Site are the property of Grow Sales Training and Lambo Borgardt. You may not reproduce, distribute, or teach this material to others without our written permission.

No Guarantee of Results

Sales training can meaningfully improve performance, but we do not guarantee specific results, including sales volume, closing rates, or income. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including individual and team effort.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Sales Training is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
